CTG VISION (100 WORDS OR LESS):   We envision the ASQ Healthcare Division serving as the macro-integrator for a Triple Aim approach to behavioral healthcare

CTG MISSION (100 WORDS OR LESS):            To enable and encourage process improvement, continuous quality improvement, and bi-directional integration for behavioral healthcare services

CTG GOALS FOR 2010-2011(MAX OF 3):         1. Refine a Triple Aim approach for behavioral health, 2. Begin accumulating PI and CQI resources for behavioral health providers, 3. Invite behavioral health providers to join the ASQ and HCD communities

CTG OBJECTIVES FOR 2010-2011(MAX OF 3 PER EACH GOAL):

GOAL #1: By December 2011, the BHTG will formalize four part statement (similar to that of IHI) addressing a Triple Aim approach to behavioral health including 1. A statement of the principle, 2. A statement of participation, 3. A list of selected materials, and 4. A summary of current efforts

GOAL #2: By December 2011, the BHTG, with assistance from the HCD and other ASQ resources, will identify a repository for PI and CQI resources applicable to behavioral health and begin accumulating said resources       

GOAL #3: By July 2011, the BHTG, with assistance from the HCD and other ASQ resources, will have a formalized plan for reaching out to behavioral health providers and inviting them to join the ASQ and HCD communities

  •      Responsible Parties: For all 3 objectives, the responsible parties will be the BHTG
  •      Resources Required: TBD
  •      Process/Project Flow with Time Frames: Time frames are stated in the objectives with process flow to be developed
  •      Deliverable(s): A stated Triple Aim approach for behavioral healthcare, a collection of PI and CQI resources applicable to behavioral healthcare
  •      Metric(s) For Success: Timely completion of objectives and related deliverables, increased membership for ASQ, HCD, the BHTG, and perhaps other ASQ Divisions, cited examples of external customers referencing ASQ HCD efforts
  •      Performance Against Metrics: TBD
  •      Expected ROI(s): Increased membership for ASQ, HCD, the BHTG, and perhaps other ASQ Divisions, collected resources for bi-directional integrated healthcare, increased recognition for ASQ as the “Global voice for quality”
