1. Create value for HC division members through education and conference offerings

2. Enhance the value of ASQ education and certification programs that pertain to healthcare quality

3. Impact and influence education offered by pertinent university and healthcare organization to include healthcare quality initiatives developed by the ASQ Healthcare Division

CTG OBJECTIVES FOR 2010-2011(MAX OF 3 PER EACH GOAL):

            GOAL #1, Objective 1:
Develop a program for QIHC 2011 that delivers customer / member value

            GOAL #1, Objective 2:

 Add value for all healthcare professionals by processing and disseminating healthcare quality through multiple contact points (Division web site, …)

GOAL #2, Objective 1:

            Validate and advise on ASQ offerings in healthcare quality education in partnership with Healthcare market staff     

            GOAL #2, Objective 2:

Lead /participate in development of an ASQ Healthcare Management certification

GOAL #3, Objective 1:

 Develop a plan to create “Quality for healthcare providers” to be introduced in the postgraduate programs of any health related schools

Develop a plan to create “Healthcare for quality providers” to be introduced in the postgraduate quality programs

Develop a program for QIHC 2011 that delivers customer / member value
