Qualities of Customer-Focused Organizations

Abstract The concept of quality can be elusive, particularly when working with hospitals that are trying to streamline systems, structures, and costs and implement continuous quality improvement at the same time. This article presents eight ways to think and talk about quality that take into account the day-to-day issues faced by staff members in healthcare settings, from nursing to administration.
