Engaging and Empowering the Workforce

Abstract It is the authors’ belief that people, not technology, are the keys to knowledge management (KM). To facilitate KM, a culture supportive of it must be built. This can be done by leading through example from the top down; aggressively branding KM and offering recognition for KM milestones; and making KM fun by using and encouraging creativity, experimentation, play, and innovation.
