Abstract Two key factors are often overlooked when the term deliverables are used to specify tangible things produced by a project. Projects include two kinds of outputs: tangible things the project intends to produce as well as tangible plans, measurements, tracking processes, and status reports that pertain to planning, managing, and closing the project.
