Healthcare: 

A professional administrator and Servant Leader with over thirty years of experience working in public safety and healthcare systems. Knowledge and experience in knowledge and learning management, Lean and Six Sigma, the Accreditation Process of the Joint Commission, ISO 9001:2008, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Conditions of Participation, multidisciplinary team building, clinical quality management, business process improvement, strategic alignment of work systems, change and organizational transition management. Past work experience includes various clinical and administrative roles in emergency medical services (Paramedic) in Vermont, Massachusetts, and Maine and Director of Integrated Quality and Informatics at the Dorothea Dix and Riverview Psychiatric Centers in Bangor and Augusta, Maine. These hospitals, operated by the Maine Department of Health and Human Services provided forensic and safety net services for at risk Maine residents suffering from severe and persistent mental illnesses.

Consultant:

Currently the Sole Proprietor and KM Scholar Practitioner at Building World Class Organizations, a consulting company that contracts to provide services to healthcare, educational, and other not-for-profit institutions to encourage organizational transition and effective change management.
