Second Annual Healthcare Address At WCQI on 5/6/13 at 6pm

Following the Nightingale Scholarship Presentation, Join HCD, LED and SD for a 45 min lecture by Dr. Kenneth J. Musselman, PhD on “Engineering Healthcare Delivery.”

Dr. Musselman currently serves as the Strategic Collaboration Director of the Regenstrief Center for Healthcare Engineering at Purdue University. At the Regenstrief Center for Healthcare Engineering at Purdue University, Dr. Musselman is responsible for directing multi-disciplinary research teams across engineering, science and management to improve healthcare delivery.  The center draws on the strengths of Purdue’s 10 academic colleges and the center’s partnerships with key healthcare organizations to address impactful, leading-edge research in care coordination and population health.

For over 35 years, Dr. Musselman has been actively engaged in both healthcare and manufacturing, actively consulting in the aerospace, automotive, communications, computers, consumer products, curative care, electronics, metals and transportation industries.  Dr. Musselman is a Fellow and past President of the Institute of Industrial Engineers.  He holds Ph.D. and M.S. degrees from Purdue University and a B.A. degree from Western Michigan University.

Also, please note that there is room for 100 attendees at this lecture and seating will be on a first-come first –served basis. This Lecture will be open only to members of the three sponsoring Divisions (HCD, SD, and LED)
